Take a kadai and add oil to it.
Now add chopped onion and saute it for 1 min.
After it add tomato,boiled corns,brochholi and mushrooms.
Saute it and add all the dry spice seasoning.
Mix it properly and cover it with the lid for 2 min.
After 2 min add tomato ketchup.
Mix it properly and switch off the flame.
Now take 1 slice of kulcha
Stuff it with this vegetable stuffing.
on this, put the other one
now heat the flat pan and brush it with ghee or butter.
Place the stuffed kulcha on heated pan and medium the flame.
now after half to one min,flip the kulcha and bake it on the other side.
When it gets brown from both the sides ,switch off the flame
Transfer it to the plate.
Serve this stuff kulcha with thai sauce or any dip you like.
