Boil methi for 2 to 3 mins.
Now strain it.
Take a mixing bowl and add left over sprouts and methi in it.
Now add all the dry spice ingredients.
Mix it very well.
See the consistency, if its in binding position, then ok otherwise add 2 tblspn breadcrumbs in it.
Mash and bind it properly.
Now take one scoop of the mixture and make a ball of it
Then flatten the ball with the palm.
Make like wise all the kebabs.
Now brush the flat pan with the oil and heat it.
Place all the kebabs on it and after 2 mins flip it.
Then again after 2 mins flip it.
When gets crisp and brown in color, remove it from the flat pan.
Serve it with onion rings coated in green chutney.
