Hing  Ka  Achaar

Ingredients

  • 1 kg raw mangoes
  • 1 1/2 tspn hing
  • 1 tspn red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tspn salt or to taste

Directions

Wash and peel the raw mangoes.

Now cut them into small slices and put them in the mixing bowl.

Now add salt, red chilli powder and hing to it.

Mix it properly.

Transfer it to the clean jar.

Keep the jar in the sunlight for one or two days.

Hing ka achaar is ready.

It can be preserved for more then a year.
